Team Training Program Conditioning Classes & TRX Training
This is a membership based program where you have access to every conditioning class on the schedule. The classes are very diversified so you can mix up your workout routine and do something different every day. This allows you to see the best results so you avoid hitting a training plateau.
I.R.I Training: (Intense Resistance Interval Training) incorporates light weights and body weight resistance in compound movements for a performance based workout and isolated movements for that firming toning effect that resistance training provides ... at the same time working your heart, lungs and circulatory system. This truly is a complete workout!
Boxing w/Bag: Martial Arts techniques of punching and kicking are used while making contact on a punching bag, which we provide for you. Making contact on the punching bag firms and tones muscles while interval style techniques provide a cardiovascular workout like no other!
Kickboxing: Conditioning class using Martial Arts techniques of punching and kicking without making contact ... like the shadow boxing techniques that professional boxers and kick boxers use in their training for speed and agility. The interval techniques used will deliver incredible results and burn more calories!
Boot Camp: The name describes it well! It’s a military style workout using calisthenics and plyometrics to deliver strong muscle firming, toning effects. We MUST use our resources with a former US Navy SEAL helping design the programs! Great cardiovascular, strength building, and muscle toning workout!
Ground & Pound: It’s time to put the gloves on and mix up your conditioning classes! This dynamic MMA style workout will get you out of the normal routine and busting past plateaus to see results fast! Designed for any level of fitness to challenge themselves and get to their “next level” of conditioning no matter where you are currently. Fun, exciting, and always different!
