Professor Ricardo Buffara, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt

Ricardo “Banana ” Buffara is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter.

Born in Curitiba, Brazil in 1982, Buffara began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 16 at Carlson Gracie Curitiba. Buffara moved from Brazil to San Diego in 2009, where he met his wife. Fast enough Buffara found the best BJJ team in the US, BJJ Revolution Team with Rodrigo Medeiros. BJJ Revolution Team is 7 time National Team Champion and a Carlson Gracie affiliate. Buffara earned his black belt from Rodrigo Medeiros in 2012.
